There’s a very cool site called Historical Tweets.

I just submitted something to them today. A tweet from baby Jesus. We’ll see if it makes it onto the site. I won’t post it here right now but will at some point.

Paula Abdul announced on Twitter this week that she wouldn’t be coming back to Idol next season.  This announcement came mere hours after Clinton jetted back from North Korea with the 2 captured journalists.  Coincidence?  I think not.  I jumped on Twitter and tweeted:

“Paula Abdul announces she won’t return to Idol. Clinton traded her for Laura Ling and Euna Lee. Small price to pay.”

I @tweeted a few comedians hoping to get re-tweeted but nada. Today, Ted Casablanca of Entertainment Weekly tweeted:

Why didn’t @answerbitch save @Paulaabdul on #Idol? I thought she was powerful?”

I @tweeted him my joke and he replied!  It’s a silly thing but it made me smile.  Peep this!

NBC stars on parade

So, NBC has been doing this huge press tour and trotting out their stars to speak to the media.  A lot of people from The Office were there.  Mindy Kaling revealed a few deets on season 6 like:

- Jim and Pam will tie the knot in this season’s fourth episode.

- Michael will likely be getting a new love interest

-There are no immediate plans for Jan to resurface, and two characters who have had very little interaction in the past will be coming together in a major way.
